The holder of this website (dacord.es) is Pilar Verónica Prados Puchades, with tax ID (NIF) 29208043K and professional address at Avda. Blasco Ibáñez 134, #98, 46022 Valencia. Contact email: pilar.prados@dacord.es.

She practices in her own name, under the “Dacord” brand. There is no intermediary company or corporate structure providing the services described on the website. The identification details required by article 10 of the LSSI-CE appear in the table at the top of this page.

Regulated profession

Pilar Prados practices a regulated profession, the legal profession, and is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid, nº 90.085 (desde 2010).

Academic qualification: Licenciatura en Derecho (law degree) from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Complutense University of Madrid). European Union member state in which the qualification was obtained: Spain.

The professional rules applicable to her practice are the General Statute of the Spanish Legal Profession (Real Decreto 135/2021) and the Code of Conduct of the Spanish Legal Profession, available through the Consejo General de la Abogacía Española (General Council of the Spanish Bar, www.abogacia.es), together with the rules of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid.

Her work as arbitrator, tribunal secretary or mediator is further governed by the rules of the institution administering each proceeding and, as the case may be, by Spanish Law 60/2003 on Arbitration or by Spanish Law 5/2012 on mediation in civil and commercial matters.

Purpose of the website and absence of advice

The purpose of this website is to provide information about the independent arbitration practice of Pilar Prados, operating under the “Dacord” brand: her background, her areas of practice, her publications and the ways to inquire about her availability as arbitrator, tribunal secretary and mediator.

The information published is for general information and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice or a legal opinion, it is not a contractual offer or a commitment to accept any appointment, and it is no substitute for professional advice on a specific matter.
