Data controller

Pilar Prados, with professional address in Valencia, Spain. Contact for any matter relating to personal data: pilar.prados@dacord.es.

What data is collected

This website only collects the data you provide voluntarily through two forms: the contact form (name, organisation, email, reason for the enquiry and message) and the newsletter subscription form (email).

No data is collected through tracking cookies and no profiling is carried out. Please do not include confidential information about a specific matter in the contact form; an appropriate channel is set up after the conflict check.

Purposes and legal basis

Contact form: to respond to your enquiry about appointments, availability, conflict checks or other requests. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Newsletter: to email you new articles from the site’s editorial section. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link included in every email or by writing to pilar.prados@dacord.es.

Retention

Contact data is kept while your enquiry is being handled and, where applicable, for as long as any resulting professional relationship lasts. Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe. After those periods, data is kept blocked only for the periods required by law to address potential liabilities, and is then deleted.

Recipients

Data is not disclosed to third parties. It is only accessed, as processors and under contract, by the providers needed to operate the website: the web hosting service, the email service and, where applicable, the form-handling and newsletter delivery service.

If any of those providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To do so, write to pilar.prados@dacord.es stating the right you wish to exercise; you may be asked to verify your identity.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss, taking into account the type of data processed and the associated risks.
